7. Palestinian refugee card issued by the Lebanese authorities

There is no minimum amount to be sent through Western Union, the maximum amount is set to USD 5,000.

You can receive money in dollars depending on the subagent’s cash flow availability.

There is no minimum amount to be sent thru Western Union, the maximum amount is set to USD 7500.
|How can I change the receiver's name on a Western Union transfer?|
In order to change any transfer information you need to visit any BoB Finance location in person and present the send receipt along with your ID in order to process you correction request.

In order to send a WU transfer you need to have one of the following: personal identification card (ID) or valid passport or resident card (valid) or army card or Palestinian refugee's card.

No one but the sender can inquire, amend or cancel a WU transaction.
|Now that I have sent a Western Union transfer, what should I do?|
In order for the receiver to cash out his money, the sender needs to contact him and give him all the needed information: MTCN, Payout amount, sender name, originating country and have a valid ID
|Can I pay my touch bill even if I have domiciliation?|
Yes, all touch bills can be paid at any of BoB Finance location.
|Can someone pay my bill on my behalf?|

It depends on the cycle time; the reconnection time may take up to 24 hours.
|Can I send money thru Western Union in other than USD?|
No, as a Lebanese agent, we are only allowed to send money in USD; however the receiver will collect the remittance in the local currency of the destination country.
|How long does it take for a Western Union transfer to get to its destination?|
Once the receipt is issued from the sending subagent, immediately the transaction is ready for payout.
